This is the Izumi-chan doll from the Toys "R" Us original First Licca-chan Trio Reissue version, which was released about 25 years ago.
I purchased it at the time of its release and displayed it in a glass case for only one day. It is a "nearly unused item" as I never took off its outfit.
The next day, I took it out of the glass case and stored it in a doll maker's individual dedicated box, and then in a cardboard box in a dark room. However, it seems that one of the shoes has been lost. Please consider this point before purchasing.
